Wargaming is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our In-house Creative Team in Nicosia. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and supports our communication efforts across various platforms. Your work will play a key role in translating corporate objectives into visually compelling designs that reflect our company’s values and vision.
As part of the Creative Team, you will collaborate with experts from multiple departments, working on diverse projects that range from brand design and motion graphics to presentation design, creative assets for corporate events, print materials, and infographics.

The Junior Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Services Manager
What will you do?
- Design and produce brand assets, motion graphics, presentation materials, print materials, and infographics that align with corporate goals
- Apply expertise in typography, color theory, and layout for high-impact designs
- Create engaging visual content to enhance communication channels and company initiatives
- Prepare layouts for print and digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines
- Ensure all visual materials maintain high design standards, consistency, and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life
- Research and integrate emerging design trends and innovative techniques
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in design processes
- Develop and document best practices and guidelines to enhance production quality and efficiency
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills, including visual assets, typographic layouts, photo manipulation, and motion graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) to produce high-quality designs
- Ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience in UI design is advantageous
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team and accept constructive feedback
- Proactivity and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
