Job Description

As an LCM Supervisor (Associate Manager) at Zynga, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our lifecycle management (LCM) processes. You will lead a team of LCM specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to established standards. Your responsibilities will include: * Overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of LCM activities across various game projects. * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define and implement LCM processes and best practices. * Identifying and mitigating risks associated with LCM operations. * Developing and managing LCM budgets and resources. * Analyzing LCM performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization. * Mentoring and coaching LCM team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Must have:

Proven experience in managing and leading LCM teams
Strong understanding of LCM methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications

Good to have:

Experience in the gaming industry
Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Certifications in LCM or related fields
