Job Description

DreamSetGo, a sports travel and experiences platform under Dream Sports, seeks a skilled Full Stack Developer (SDE3) to build and scale features for their platform. You will be involved in every stage of the development lifecycle, from design to production, ensuring high-quality solutions for complex business requirements. Responsibilities include owning the full development lifecycle, building scalable and reusable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving complex issues, optimizing platform performance, driving technical decisions, mentoring fellow engineers, and developing and supporting microservice-based architecture in a distributed system.

DreamSetGo is a sports travel and experiences platform, part of Dream Sports, the parent company behind brands like Dream11 and FanCode. We specialize in curating exclusive sports travel packages, offering everything from match tickets to VIP hospitality and celebrity meet & greets. Our platform is designed to provide die-hard sports fans with a seamless and immersive experience for popular sporting events worldwide.

Technology

We leverage a powerful tech stack that includes:
Node.js and React for scalable back-end and front-end development.
MySQL for reliable data management.
ElasticSearch for fast, efficient search capabilities.
Redis for high-performance caching.
This technology allows us to deliver real-time, personalized sports travel experiences with outstanding performance and reliability.

Your role

We are looking for a strong technical contributor who can actively engage in every stage of the development lifecycle, from design to production. Your focus will be on building and scaling features with hands-on coding, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet complex business requirements.
Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from system design to deployment and monitoring.
Build scalable, reusable code, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues, optimizing platform performance.
Lead by example in solving problems and driving technical decisions, while also mentoring fellow engineers.
Develop and support microservice-based architecture in a distributed system.
