Job Description
DreamSetGo, a sports travel and experiences platform under Dream Sports, seeks a skilled Full Stack Developer (SDE3) to build and scale features for their platform. You will be involved in every stage of the development lifecycle, from design to production, ensuring high-quality solutions for complex business requirements. Responsibilities include owning the full development lifecycle, building scalable and reusable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving complex issues, optimizing platform performance, driving technical decisions, mentoring fellow engineers, and developing and supporting microservice-based architecture in a distributed system.

Your role
- We are looking for a strong technical contributor who can actively engage in every stage of the development lifecycle, from design to production. Your focus will be on building and scaling features with hands-on coding, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from system design to deployment and monitoring.
- Build scalable, reusable code, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues, optimizing platform performance.
- Lead by example in solving problems and driving technical decisions, while also mentoring fellow engineers.
- Develop and support microservice-based architecture in a distributed system.
