Plant System IATF 16940, ISO 14001and ISO45001 to be maintain and take action 
Consumable stock to be maintain 
Manpower hours to be control
Root cause analysis for any defect 
Provide training to your subordinate  
Plant Efficiency and Utilization to be achieve 
Daily MIS report to be made with analysis
