Job Description

The Opportunity: Mattel is currently seeking a part-time MBA Finance Intern.

What Your Impact Will Be:  The Mattel finance intern will be hired into the Commercial & Sales Finance team.   

Responsibilities will vary, but will include

  • Build complex financial analyses with inputs from various global teams 
  • Work within a team environment to develop in-depth analysis and actionable recommendations to complex financial issues  
  • Communicate and present financial highlights to Senior Executives

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Be able to develop well thought out recommendations based on data  
  • Strong organization & prioritization skills 
  • Be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented, and willing to drive change 
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the company 

Basic Qualifications

  • 2nd year MBA student enrolled in a full-time program, or PM/night student graduating in 2025
  • 3 years work experience prior to business school 
  • Have a strong interest in a Finance career with market leading company 
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting 

Hourly:
The base hourly rate for this position is $43.27
