Motion Designer

As a Digital and Motion Designer within the Easygo Visual Design Team, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing the games art, animations and sound creation, and player flow on the websites and platforms, marketing assets such as promotional videos, banners and images.

Your responsibilities will include the end-to-end rollout for website design, product-related projects, and digital marketing. Additionally, you will be involved in creative conceptualisation and development as part of the Visual Design Team. You will have the ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, work well within a team and display excellent communication abilities. 

You will have the ability to see a project through from initial conception stage to web ready finished art. Attention to detail, and being a visual leader will be essential to succeeding in your role. Time management skills and leadership qualities are favorable.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Creative Execution:

  • Develop and execute graphics, motion graphics, animations, and video editing.
  • Perform sound selection and sound mixing for video content.
  • Lead website design and product-related projects.
  • Contribute to digital marketing campaigns with compelling visual content.
  • Participate in creative conceptualisation and development processes.
  • Research, define, recommend and implement digital-specific strategies and content regarding art and design for the company and its product

Brand Guardianship:

  • Assist the Digital Design Manager in maintaining and leading strategic creative thinking.
  • Enforce strong style guides, including typeface, imagery, logo, and color usage.
  • Ensure brand visual identity consistency and quality across all touch points.
  • Interpret briefs and adhere to delivery timelines to create best-in-class visual assets.
  • Preferred experience in human-centered design and service design.
  • Understand and deliver best in class customer experiences.
  • Conduct research and synthesise complex information into actionable summaries.
  • Design training and build capabilities within the team.
  • Inspire the design team with strong creative concepts.

Relationship Management:

  • Contribute to a happy, collaborative, and open working environment.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Digital Design Manager in leading a motivated and content team.
  • Approach situations with an open mind and self-regulate behaviours for consistent and inspirational management.

Essential experience

  • 4+ years experience in digital graphics and content creation in a studio/agency environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  • Working knowledge of other relevant software/languages is a bonus 
  • Strong design skills for screen, online, multi-screen and large-format content 
  • Skills across art direction, typography, key framing and layout 
  • VFX abilities on shoots, touch-ups, grading and keying if required 
  • Create and produce static and video graphic templates for digital platforms 

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom

About The Company

Easygo is a well-established global tech startup, we pride ourselves on being early adopters, progressive in our approach and adaptable to the ever-changing technology landscape.
