About The Role

The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe.

With a community-driven and marketing-driven approach they ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region ⭐

Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed 🚀

As a member of our Growth Studio team, you'll be responsible for video editing and creating motion graphics and animated video campaigns. You'll be supporting the local teams by optimising processes and being the link to external production partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making edits to videos or amends to existing footage
• Gathering files, brand information etc. internally and building out a video asset library
• Creating end cards and other simple designs to be integrated into videos
• Create motion graphic and animated video campaigns
• Working with the localisation team to ensure correct localisation and versioning, manage voice over actors and deliver the final product to marketing managers
  
  

What You'll Need

• Ability to work on creatives across multiple geographies and versions simultaneously
• Experience with common editing softwares and good video editing skills
• Basic audio editing and design skills
• Knowledge of all common file formats for video and sound editing
• Basic Knowledge of figma and excel/sheets
• Experience with Adobe suite (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)

• Experience working with Celtra, Ad.lib or another creative management platforms
• Colour grading skills
