What You Will Do:
- Preparing and reviewing standard legal commercial documents, handling routine legal work
- Contract and document administration work within the HoYoverse group, which includes maintaining and managing contract templates, terms & conditions, policies and procedures, ensuring that standard documents are in order and that most recent versions are being utilized
- Tracking and managing legal matters for the team
- Handling of company secretarial work, drafting minutes and resolutions with guidance from Legal Counsel(s) and generally, assist with corporate governance and entity maintenance within the HoYoverse group
- Handling of administrative tasks and organizing of legal-related documents and archives
- Tracking, managing and handling of billing-related matters and liaison work for external counsel / vendor engagements
- To provide general legal support on an as-needed basis to the HoYoverse Legal team
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree/Diploma in law OR equivalent qualifications/work experience in a relevant field (e.g. data protection, corporate investigations, compliance, law & management)
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience (previous law firm or in-house legal department experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in the English language, proficiency in basic conversational Mandarin (spoken and written) preferred in order to communicate with key business partners
- Admission to the Singapore Bar or other bar qualifications is not required for this role
- The following, while not requirements, will be a plus to have:
- Strong interest in games and/or ACG culture; and
- Proficiency in a third language other than English or Mandarin.
