Job Description

This full-time Park Restaurant Host position at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort involves working in a fast-paced environment across various quick service, table service, or outdoor vending locations. Responsibilities include introducing menu options, taking orders, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness, restocking items, and managing inventory. The role requires excellent communication skills, willingness to work at different locations within the resort (including outdoors), and full-time availability for any shift. The resort operates 365 days a year, and shifts are determined by company roster. Candidates with prior cashier or food and beverage experience are preferred and may be considered for higher positions.

Inventory and cleaning tasks

Food & Beverage experience

Job Summary:

5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:

When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.

To accommodate the thousands of guests arriving every day from all over the world, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of Food & Beverage options at various quick service and outdoor vending locations across property.

Responsibilities:

Work at one of our quick service, table service or outdoor vending locations. Responsibilities include:

Introduce menu options, taking orders, fulfilling orders and cash handling
General cleaning, stocking items and keeping inventory

Basic Qualifications:

Good communication skills.
Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations
Full-Time availability is required. This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous cashier experience
Previous quick service or related Food & Beverage industry experience
Candidates with more experience will be considered for higher positions

Schedule Availability
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
