Job Description

Lead and develop online gaming tables according to company procedures. Responsibilities include managing game operations, ensuring smooth gameplay, and adhering to company standards. The role requires fluency in Portuguese, excellent communication and team leadership skills, high attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to responsibility and transparency. The position involves rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights, including weekends and holidays, with a schedule of six days of work followed by two days off. No prior experience is required.
