Job Description

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will provide strategic support for influencer initiatives within the Publicis Groupe, streamlining project execution to boost revenue. Responsibilities include developing and executing campaign strategies, utilizing creator scouting tools, building and maintaining influencer and agency relationships, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular performance reports for clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends and best practices and be proficient in various social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.

Must have:

3+ years experience in influencer marketing
Knowledge of key platform metrics
Influencer negotiation & management skills
Proficiency in social media platforms & marketing tools
Understanding of current influencer marketing trends

Descripción del empleo

Dar soporte estratégico a las solicitudes de influencers que se tienen en el grupo, agilizando la ejecución de los proyectos en pro de generar mayor revenue a la disciplina

Funciones:

Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias según los objetivos de cada campaña.
Utilizar herramientas de scouting de creadores para identificar oportunidades.
Construir y mantener relaciones con influencers y agencias de representación asegurando una sinergia positiva y productiva.
Utilizar herramientas de scouting de creadores para identificar oportunidades.

Seguimiento y análisis de rendimiento de las campañas de influencers
Preparar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento de la campaña y presentar los resultados al cliente.

Requisitos

Educación: Bachiller de la carrera de Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas y/o afines.

Conocimientos:

Experiencia mínima de tres años en marketing de influencers o campo relacionado.
Conocimiento de Métricas principales por plataforma.
Manejo y negociación con influencers.
Competencia en plataformas de redes sociales y herramientas de marketing de influencers.
Gran conocimiento de las tendencias actuales y las mejores prácticas en marketing de influencers.
