Team

The Product Strategy team is a team within our Gaming Business Unit. We work hand-in-hand with Publishing Managers and studios to deliver value-added content to our coached studio and reinforce Voodoo’s place as the #1 mobile gaming publisher in the world.

Role

    • You will be working hand in hand with our Product Strategy Lead to feed studios with valuable ideas and remain ahead of the market, in order to create the next hypercasual hits
    • You will be responsible for leveraging multiple data sources in order to create business value, for Voodoo and its partner studios
    • You will be a key member of our new Product initiative, to create our idea-generation engine fueling future hypercasual hits

    • Your main challenges will be:
    • Stay ahead of the curve on trends and games analysis
    • Produce extensive benchmark of the gaming industry, both quantitative and qualitative
    • Identify sub-segments and game characteristics that outperform the market
    • Help craft product specs behind the next Hit Games
    • Generate deep and innovative insights
    • Expected business impact for the role is crucial for the company. You will be a key driver of the firm’s ability to launch new hypercasual hits

Profile

    • 1.5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (top-tier consulting firm, start-up)
    • Masters degree or equivalent from top-tier academic institution
    • Strong analytical skills
    • An appetite for gaming is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
    • Agile mindset
    • Not afraid of taking on new challenges
    • Strong team player
