We're searching for a passionate ServiceNow Developer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules is a must. You'll design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, integrate with external systems, and implement automation solutions. A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and concepts is essential.

Our IT Enterprise Applications is currently seeking a passionate ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation and deployment of our ServiceNow platform to empower overseas business growth and enhance employee experience.

Act as ServiceNow domain expert in one or more of the following areas. ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, HAM, SAM, ITBM and ITOM Suite

• Design, develop and customize ServiceNow Applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and workflow

• Create and manage complex workflows, integrations, and automation solutions within Service Now

• Design and develop custom applications on ServiceNow platform as needed based on the requirements.

• Domain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domains

• Refine requirements and perform integrations with the ServiceNow Integration Hub and web services using SOAP or Rest

• Research and analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detail designs to meet business needs, manage configurations in ServiceNow, and test and support the rollout of solutions

• Integrate Service Now with external system and cloud platforms through APIs, web services, and third party tools

• Apply Agile software development practices for customizations to the platform and applications

• Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives

• Provide solution options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons analyses for each option and recommendation

Perform advance scripting of business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other customizations

• Skillfully troubleshoot break/fix issues

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, articulate, passionate to deliver the best result and achieve the highest customer satisfaction

• Minimum 5 years of hands on development experience with ServiceNow, with expertise in one or more modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).

• Love satisfying customers with a state of art cloud solutions, realizing ideas, building services, and unlocking the potential of new technology

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and concepts

• Significant experience working with customers to gather business requirements and develop a technical solution design to meet the requirements

• Positive by nature, a great team player, and both dependable and autonomous

• Customer oriented and could work at a very fast pace

Experience with integration methods such as REST, SOAP, or other APIs,

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Preferred).

• Experience designing, developing, and managing a ServiceNow Domain Separated instance is desirable

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $122,400.0 to $255,600.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
