Senior Business Analyst (#2443)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Our client is an award-winning global tax services and software provider and is the largest Firm in the world dedicated exclusively to business taxes. With global headquarters in Dallas, Texas, the Firm provides an integrated suite of federal, state, local, and international tax services on a multi jurisdictional basis, including tax recovery, consulting, advocacy, compliance, and technology services.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed business and functional requirements
• Document requirements, including high-level and detailed features
• Identify integration points with existing systems and specify necessary data flows
• Analyze current workflows and processes related to task management
• Map and document future-state workflows to support enhanced task management and workplan administration
• Develop process flow diagrams to represent end-to-end task and workplan management
• Create use cases, user personas, and user stories to define core functionality and user interactions
• Identify any technical or operational constraints impacting requirements
• Deliver a comprehensive requirements document for stakeholder review and approval
• Provide a final report summarizing process mapping and requirements, ensuring alignment for future solution development
• Work closely with client representatives on requirements elicitation
• Work closely with development team (both N-iX and client), conduct refinement sessions
• Backlog ownership: prepare well-structured and organized user stories
• Prepare roadmap of the product in cooperation with a client
• Conduct UAT of a delivered scope

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as Business Analyst or Product Manager
• Advanced level of English
• Advanced level of Ukrainian
• Good theoretical understanding of software development
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Strong communication skills
• Team player, responsible and hardworking
