We’re looking to hire a Program Manager (IT) III for a global online marketplace platform, a dynamic, inclusive culture, championing innovation and global commerce while empowering individuals and creating unparalleled economic opportunities.
You’ll join the Program Management team to optimize the Qualtrics platform, lead survey development, ensure data integrity and compliance, and collaborate across teams to enhance customer and employee experiences. This is a 7-12 months contract opportunity. The role is based in Austin, TX and is hybrid.
Program Manager (IT) III Responsibilities:
Experience Management (XM) Strategy & Enablement
Support the delivery of XM programs and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall experience management strategy
Champion best practices across teams to strengthen XM adoption and implementation
Serve as an advocate for the voice-of-the-customer, ensuring alignment with broader company goals
Design, implement, and enhance customer experience programs and surveys across new and existing listening posts
Qualtrics Platform Administration & Optimization
Oversee the management and configuration of the Qualtrics platform, including user accounts, permissions, and system settings
Implement new features and platform updates to maximize functionality and user experience
Continuously optimize platform performance to meet evolving research and insights needs
Survey Development & Support
Build advanced surveys, dashboards, and automation workflows using Qualtrics, tailored to strategic business objectives
Provide hands-on technical support to internal teams, including logic configuration, advanced survey design, and automation
Collaborate with stakeholders to align survey content with organizational priorities
Train and guide users on Qualtrics best practices to ensure consistent, insight-driven use
Governance, Compliance & Security
Define and enforce governance standards for survey design and data management
Ensure full compliance with privacy and security requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations
Conduct regular audits of platform usage and data handling to mitigate risk and protect brand integrity
Issue Management & Vendor Coordination
Act as the primary liaison with Qualtrics Support for technical troubleshooting, platform issues, and outages
Submit well-documented support tickets, including screenshots, logs, and replication steps
Engage in troubleshooting sessions with Qualtrics engineers to accelerate resolution timelines
Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Monitor platform performance and identify trends to proactively resolve issues and implement improvements
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on platform health, key metrics, and optimization opportunities
Program Manager (IT) III Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) as an XM / VoC / Qualtrics Platform delivery role or in a similar role managing experience management tools.
Expertise in survey design, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Exhibit a strong bias for action, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.
Possess deep expertise in building data visualization dashboards to effectively communicate insights and drive decision-making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and end-users.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Familiarity with advanced Qualtrics features like API integrations, XM Directory, or custom dashboards is preferred.
Knowledge of analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights is preferred.
Experience in supporting large-scale survey initiatives within global organizations is preferred.
Certification in Qualtrics, XM, CCXP or related platforms is a plus.
