Project Manager

At Panteon, we are looking for an innovative Project Manager teammate for our Mid-core game who will improve themselves daily and spread their positive energy.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience as a Project Manager,
  • A proven track record as a Project Manager role at a game project is a plus,

What will you do?

  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines, working with cross-functional teams to outline project goals, requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Act as the point of contact for project updates and facilitate communication between internal teams.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure team members are fully equipped and able to meet project objectives.
  • Report regularly on project status to stakeholders and manage expectations by delivering honest and proactive updates.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear) to track progress and manage tasks.
  • Oversee the quality of work the development team produces, ensuring that game features meet quality standards and adhere to design and technical requirements.
