Responsibilities
- Partner with Strategy and Operations and Professional Services leadership to create best practices for staffing and utilization management.
- Lead weekly staffing meetings with Professional Services teams and ensure supply and demand forecasts are accurate.
- Work independently to match consultants with projects based on skillset, availability, timezone and other constraints.
- Partner with team leadership to manage assigned consultants utilization, bandwidth and well being.
- Develop new KPIs and metrics for tracking staffing efficiency. Create and maintain strong relationships with practice managers and consultants.
