Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and assisting with updates as needed.
  • Organize and maintain internal documents, including contracts, invoices, and other essential records.
  • Assist with booking and organizing travel arrangements for team members, ensuring timely planning and smooth logistics.
  • Work closely with finance and legal teams to manage contracts, collect and prepare invoices.
  • Manage accounts and user access across various internal systems, ensuring proper permissions and access control.
  • Maintain order and efficiency in all administrative processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, assisting with some onboarding, contracts, and other HR-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management, HR administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with document management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simutaneously.
  • Proficiency with office tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+).
