As a Robot Programmer - Automation Technician in Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin Paint Shop, you'll independently and collaboratively design and implement optimal processes and automation solutions. You'll conduct technical implementations and further developments of hardware and software, analyze production-related disruptions, and implement optimizations regarding quantity and quality. Responsibilities include designing automation solutions with engineers for product launches and changes, optimizing and creating robot programs online/offline, and integrating them into production lines. Continuous improvement, lean production, and maintaining a clean workspace are key. You'll work proactively, organizing your daily workflow in collaboration with your team. Experience in robot programming, simulation, and optimization in paint and/or PVC applications is essential, along with knowledge of brush table parameterization and optimization.
