The position requires the ability to measure performance accurately, manage demand generation plans via promotion and marketing, and quickly identify and correct weaknesses. Building strong relationships at all levels within accounts and ensuring customer needs are met through reseller and distribution partners are crucial. The role also involves building run rates, forecasting stock levels, maintaining competitive pricing analysis, and contributing to strategic direction by defining new products based on local requirements.
