The Sanitary Surveillance Analyst will assess sanitary risks in food services and facilities, supporting units in implementing measures to prevent outbreaks of infectious and foodborne diseases. Responsibilities include conducting integrated sanitary surveillance inspections and audits, assisting in the development of action plans, and performing operational tasks such as data collection, document elaboration, and monitoring compliance actions. The role involves researching and consolidating information for reports and supporting the overall management of compliance plans.
Must Have
- 2 years of experience in Auditing, Compliance, Controllership, or related areas.
- Graduation in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administrator, or related fields.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- 2 (two) years of experience with Auditing, Compliance, Controllership or other areas related to the specialty, provided that validated by the contractual management.
EDUCATION
- Graduation: Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administrator, or other areas related to the specialty, provided that validated by the contractual management.
ATTRIBUTIONS
- Act in the Sanitary Surveillance area, specifically in the assessment of sanitary risk in the facilities and food services of the respective own and chartered units;
- Support the units in implementing measures to prevent the occurrence of outbreaks of Infectious Contagious Diseases and Water and Foodborne Diseases (DTHA);
- Perform integrated Sanitary Surveillance inspections and audits in Production Units and Vessels for prior identification of sanitary risks in all processes involving the installation and production of food at all stages;
- Support in the elaboration of Action Plans that will be proposed for the treatment of deviations and situations that elevate the sanitary risk in own and chartered units;
- Perform operational tasks of low complexity, being responsible for the survey, collection and structuring of data (text, tables and graphs), execution of routine tasks of low complexity such as the elaboration of documents and action monitoring schedules, applying solutions defined by the lead manager, specialist leaders and professionals who work on high and medium complexity demands of the CONTRACTED PARTY, as well as managers and specialists;
- Research, structure and consolidate information for the elaboration of the initial version of documents, reports and opinions related to compliance, which does not exempt the duty of being subsequently directed for final evaluation and validation by professionals who work on high complexity demands, specialist leaders and/or lead manager of the CONTRACTED PARTY, in addition to managers and specialists;
- Support the elaboration of action plans, registering the defined actions, deadlines and responsible parties, for subsequent final evaluation and validation by professionals who work on high complexity demands, specialist leaders and/or lead manager of the CONTRACTED PARTY, in addition to managers and specialists;
- Support the integrated management, control and monitoring of action plans related to compliance demands, including the annual audit calendar.
