Job Description:

We are seeking a data-driven Senior Analyst to drive Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) growth. You will analyze player behavior, improve engagement, and optimize spends to ensure maximum ROI. This role requires strong analytical expertise, collaboration across teams, and a passion for gaming. Your Key responsibilities will be:

• Analyze complex data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
• Communicate findings and risk areas to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Use statistical methods and A/B testing to optimize program performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in gaming, or a strong passion for video games.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and familiarity with statistical and machine learning techniques (Python is a plus).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
