Job description

As a Game Designer, you will be working on the design layer of one of our games. You will cooperate closely with our publishers as well as main design stakeholders in the company to ensure coherent vision and direction of the game is being kept within scheduled milestones. You will work in a scrum methodology, together with developers to present gameplay designs and understand technical repercussions of certain decisions. You'll be focused on providing as good gameplay experience as possible - within available development time & resources.


Responsibilities

  • Designing gameplay mechanics and game systems,
  • Leading and managing game design tasks,
  • Planning new game design steps,
  • Working with Art, Tech and Design Teams. 

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Game Designer,
  • Knowledge of strategy games (especially Grand Strategy and 4X),
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • High analytical skills,
  • Proficiency in English.
Nice to have
  • Experience in Unity Engine,
  • Experience in scrum development.
