The opportunity
Join our Unity Engine and Editor's Technical Support team, where you'll bridge the gap between our customers and development teams. In this dynamic role, you'll help customers resolve a variety of technical challenges, ensuring their projects stay on track. This role requires agility, curiosity, and problem-solving prowess. What you'll be doing

  • Handle technical inquiries from game developers, managing and prioritizing issues using the Zendesk CRM technical ticketing system.
  • Investigate, research, debug, and resolve integration problems by interacting with customers and internal development engineers.
  • Perform profiling and debugging as needed to ensure customer success.

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like C++, C#, or .NET.
  • Familiarity with game development environments such as Unity, Unreal, cocos2d, or Godot.

You might also have

  • A proactive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in software development or support roles, with a focus on C++, C#, .NET, or related technologies.
  • Experience in developing, debugging, and profiling native applications on both mobile and standalone devices.
  • Previous B2B technical support experience.
