Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating bilingual portal requirements and workflows for a large-scale citizen engagement platform. This includes conducting bilingual (Arabic/English) requirement gathering workshops, defining portal modules, workflows, and admin functionalities, documenting user journeys and creating user stories, and validating Copilot agent use cases and champion dashboard designs. The role requires strong documentation and communication skills in English, with Arabic proficiency being a plus. Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Platform) is also essential.

Job Details
Location:
Remote (WFH), with occasional travel to the MENA region (2-10 days)
