Job Description

The Senior Creative Production Lead at Miniclip manages the creative production pipeline and sprints for multiple studios and the User Acquisition team. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end production, optimizing workflows, sprint planning and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business objectives into creative briefs, driving innovative creative asset development (video ads, playables, banners), leading and mentoring a creative team, analyzing performance data, and staying updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, along with a deep understanding of gaming and proven experience in creative production within the gaming or entertainment industry.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Production Lead to join Miniclip. This role is pivotal in managing the production pipeline and creative sprints of our talented creative teams, which provides essential services to our User Acquisition team and multiple studios within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving creative excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

  • Creative Pipeline Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end production pipeline, ensuring efficient workflows, timely delivery, and high-quality creative output.
    • Implement and optimize processes to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks across teams effectively.
  • Sprint Planning & Execution:
    • Develop, manage, and monitor creative sprints, ensuring clear goals, deadlines, and deliverables for each cycle.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration with User Acquisition and Studios:
    • Act as the main liaison between the creative team, User Acquisition team, and game studios to align on goals, strategies, and creative deliverables.
    • Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into compelling creative briefs for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional assets.
  • Creative Strategy & Innovation:
    • Drive the development of innovative and engaging creative assets (e.g., video ads, playable, banners) to enhance user acquisition efforts and in-game experiences.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies to inspire creative excellence and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, animators, and other creatives to achieve their best work.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the creative team.
    • Identify skill gaps and provide opportunities for professional growth through training and mentorship.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Work closely with data and analytics teams to assess the performance of creative assets and iterate based on feedback.
    • Leverage performance insights to refine creative strategies and improve ROI for campaigns.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within the gaming, mobile app, or entertainment industry.
    • Proven track record of managing creative production pipelines and delivering high-impact creative assets in fast-paced environments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of design, animation, and video production workflows, tools, AI tools, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Miro, Asana, or Trello.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Exceptional team management and leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding creative teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging creative and business teams effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    • Ability to align creative vision with business goals and user acquisition strategies.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adapt creative strategies accordingly.
  • Passion for Gaming:
    • A strong passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and user preferences.
