This contract role focuses on localization and versioning of multimedia assets for global game releases. The Contract Producer will manage the entire process, from tracking asset requests and creating production plans to collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities include vendor management, quality assurance, risk assessment, and post-project evaluations. The ideal candidate possesses strong production management skills in a creative field, understands international media production, and thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment. They will ensure multi-IP content is adapted and tailored for specific target markets and regions, while working to improve the content pipeline for scalability and future growth. Strong communication and collaboration skills are crucial.

Are you a driven and internationally minded producer with an itch to serve up best-in-class media to a global audience in a dozen languages? We’ve got a gig for you. Come showcase your production chops as you work in close concert with our global game services, international, and creative teams to ensure multi-IP content ships simultaneously across the world.

Your role is interdisciplinary and collaborative in the extreme. You will oversee and manage the localization versioning process of products to ensure they are adapted and tailored to specific target market and regions. You have a high level of familiarity with how related and dependent teams function and leverage that knowledge to help drive improvements across all disciplines. You work to support the larger team's ability to put unforgettable content in front of our players, all while doggedly fine-tuning your content pipeline with an eye to scalability and future growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and prioritize all internal and external localization and versioning asset requests (both static and video)
  • Create viable localization and versioning production plans and hold teams accountable for creating and delivering them
  • Collaborate with internal and external production to inform scoping and scheduling, work prioritization, risk assessment, etc.
  • Manage external vendors, internal resource, day-to-day process and rituals for localization and versioning pipelines
  • Gather and prepare all necessary specs required for asset delivery
  • Monitor quality assurance process to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure content moves unblocked through internal and vendor pipelines and that global sim-ship goals are met on time
  • Be a reliable liaison between Studio, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to support schedule maintenance including risk management, identifying gaps, misalignments, and budget overages
  • Ensure that team and leadership are aligned on the quality bar for a given release or project
  • Assess area risks and escalate as needed to discipline leads with proposed solution
  • Able to work with limited supervision and use independent judgment outside of established procedures when necessary
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement. Gather feedback from stakeholders, analyze project performance, and implement lessons to enhance future localization projects.
  • Support the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager with other tasks, as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Production / product management experience in a creative field
  • Good understanding of and interest in international media production
  • Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate under strict deadlines
  • Be able to thrive in a high-pressure, demanding environment
  • Must be adaptable and willing to handle daily randomization
  • Familiarity with various still, digital, and motion media outputs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience with localization and/or campaign versioning
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and HTML 5
  • Experience with project management software, like Confluence, Jira, and Asana
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience or interest in new tools to help automate process
Listed below is this role's base pay range within the greater Seattle area. In other locations approved for remote work by Bungie and our external resource vendors, this pay range may be adjusted to the local market and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly), 

This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
