Identify Risk Mitigation plan and seek for help from appropriate team
Raise alerts in case of probable delays showstoppers
Track technical documentations to ensure the on time completion and meet required quality
Track the lessons learnt throughout project testing and trial cutover cycles
Provide Regular Update Status Reporting to client team stake holders
Setup regular status call with required stake holders take meeting minutes and ensure action items are followed up promptly
Data preparation for Weekly Biweekly and Monthly Project reports
Implementing SLS Change Management processes monitor changes made by platform workstreams and ensure documentation are complete
Implement transport management adhering to the transport movement policies
