Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of product management experience.
  • 8 years of experience in application development, management and operations on distributed cloud environments.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience in the Developer Operations (DevOps) space.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or a business related field.
  • 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Experience in product life cycle management, developing customer user journey maps, aligning to specific requirements for development, and working with technical resources to deliver expected outcomes for products and solutions.
  • Experience building cloud platforms and distributed systems at enterprise-scale.
  • Experience working with API management or SaaS development in large enterprises or startups.
  • Understanding of application, data, networking, and security use-cases, open interfaces in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for our Application programming interface (API) experience. Define key success metrics and leverage analytics to drive business outcomes.
  • Define customer user journeys across first- and third-party service producers.
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand the needs and issues.
  • Gather product requirements to define the data models for first- and third-party service producers. Lead prioritized execution by collaborating with engineering and other cross-function partner teams.
  • Be the customer and subject-matter-expert accountable for the success of the early customer and design partner engagements.
