Senior Product Manager – Features
Shape the experiences that make Farm Heroes Saga unforgettable. In this role, you’ll define and enhance meaningful features outside the core gameplay loop—progression systems, meta layers, and social connections that keep players engaged and coming back for more.
What You’ll Do
Co-create and communicate the vision for the Features area, aligning with Farm Heroes’ overall strategy.
Lead the end-to-end development of features, from concept to launch and beyond.
Analyze market trends, player behavior, and feature performance to identify new opportunities and drive optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless, impactful and engaging player experience.
What You Bring
Experience in product leadership or senior product management roles for mobile consumer-facing products, with gaming experience as a plus.
A passion for solving problems using data-driven insights.
Strategic thinking with a proven ability to define and execute successful features.
Inspiring communication of vision and strategy, rallying teams around ambitious goals.
An understanding of player motivation, progression systems, and social layers.
Senior Product Manager – Core Gameplay
Focus on the heart of the game: the core mechanics that make Farm Heroes Saga a joy to play. You’ll enhance existing gameplay experiences and introduce new ones that delight players and drive engagement.
What You’ll Do
Define and prioritize the Core Gameplay product roadmap, aligning with Farm Heroes’ overall strategy.
Partner with game and level designers, data scientists, and developers to create compelling business cases for the product opportunities we want to drive forward
Monitor game performance using analytics and recommend optimizations through A/B testing.
Lead teams to deliver on OKRs and foster collaboration across Farm product areas.
What You Bring
Experience in game design, product management, or analytical roles.
A blend of creative and analytical thinking, comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative insights to forecast impact, drive decisions, measure success and iterate on it
Exceptional communication skills for aligning diverse, multi-functional teams and stakeholders.
A deep understanding of game mechanics and player engagement strategies.
