As a Trading Senior Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the ultimate sports trading experience, leveraging your deep expertise in odds and data to create a visionary sportsbook product. You'll refine trading strategies and operations, from odds compilation to risk management, to analyze performance, establish key metrics, and foster a culture of accountability and efficiency. You’ll also mentor new traders, ensure best practices, and drive continuous improvement to deliver an unparalleled betting experience.

What you’ll do as a Trading Senior Team Leader

• Collaborate with senior and cross-functional teams to establish, deliver, and evaluate a top-tier betting product.

• Develop and implement operations processes for risk management, bet acceptance, client profiling, and reporting.

• Mentor senior employees, providing performance management, reviews, and guidance.

• Analyze and report on trading performance, build strong KPIs, and promote a culture of accountability, quality, and efficiency.

• Encourage a collaborative environment where knowledge, skills, and standards are shared.

• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize trading efficiency in collaboration with internal teams.

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years of trading experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally with a background in math and statistics.

• In-depth knowledge of at least one major US sports league.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
