LJI is hiring a Passionate and extremely talented UX Designer / Senior UX Designer to join our team in Hyderabad, India.
What you WILL DO?
- Ideate, create, and test high-quality UI/UX designs, taking ownership of the complete process from ideation, conceptualization, functionality mapping, wireframing, and visual design, all the way prototyping and feedback assessment.
- Collaborate with leadership, project and customer management, development, QA and marketing teams to ensure creation and delivery of tailored experiences to our clients.
- Provide guidance and expert level of QA during development to ensure designs are properly implemented.
- Provide advice and guide other teams on proper UI/UX design rules and standards, evangelizing the principles of user-centric design.
- Adhere to, and lead by example, in setting and maintaining standards of typography and pixel-perfect design.
- Follow established design rules and principles, suggest improvements, provide arguments for your ideas and share constructive criticism with other stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve the product design library.
You would make a GREAT FIT if you have
- 3-8 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- An In-depth knowledge of both B2B and B2C markets and how they specific requirements impact the UI/UX.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch (at least basic knowledge), Figma (mandatory), Adobe Creative Suite.
- Detailed knowledge of Design and UX principles of all major platforms - web, macOS, Windows, iOS and Android. HTML, CSS (SCSS) knowledge is optional but not mandatory.
- You are someone who fits well into groups but can work independently with minimal support and oversight.
- An inherent ability to take complete ownership and accountability for assignments and results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good or excellent spoken and written English.
- Multi-tasking and great time-management skills.
- Openness for adapting and learning, constant improvement and development.
- Capability of providing and receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Proactive and engaging, both on a professional and personal level.
