Job Description

As a Trek Service Technician, your responsibilities include troubleshooting and servicing a variety of bicycles, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. You'll gain hands-on experience with new bike models before they reach the sales floor. A key aspect of the role involves building relationships with customers, ensuring their trust in your ability to maintain their bikes. Strong customer service skills are essential, and while prior mechanical experience is beneficial, on-the-job training is provided. The ability to lift 50lbs is required. You'll be responsible for the care and maintenance of bikes, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent service. No two days will be the same, offering a dynamic and engaging work experience.

Job Description

As a Trek Service Technician, no one day is the same as the last. This job is all about caring for bikes so their owners love riding them. You’ll troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes, and you’ll be the first to have your hands on brand new models before they hit the sales floor. Most importantly, you’ll build relationships with people who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly. We expect all employees to be able to comfortably lift 50lbs.
