Simply put, we help companies enable their growth and improve operational efficiencies by developing strategies to harness the benefits of their current technology or by integrating new enterprise systems.We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with ServiceNow knowledge to join our Dynamic ServiceNow team. You will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our IT and business requirements.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and customer focussed and have great communications skills as you will be collaborating with stakeholders across the business to gather and document functional and technical requirements. You will also work closely with our ServiceNow development team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with best practice and ensure our platform remains fully maintainable and upgradeable.
Main Duties & Accountabilities:
Gather and document business requirements by conducting discovery meetings and workshops, and analysis of existing processes.
Analyse and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise features, enhancements and system integrations.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas where ServiceNow can add value and recommend appropriate solutions.
Participate in the testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and quality standards
Support end-users pre and post implementation of new solutions providing guidance and knowledge to help resolve any gaps and ensure a smooth implementation.
Support and guide stakeholders in defining their requirements using your knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL framework to ensure outcomes deliver the ask whilst complying with the ServiceNow platform standards and best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features to ensure we continuously improve our solutions and offerings.
Role Requirements:
4+ years experience in a Business Analyst role supporting ServiceNow or similar platforms
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules and functionality
A good understanding of ITIL v3 or v4
Solid analytical and problem solving skills and a keen eye or detail
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
Excellent communications skills, ability to form strong relationships with a strong customer focus at the heart of everything you do.
ServiceNow CSA or CIS would be highly advantageous.
