Job Description

Growe is seeking an SMM Manager to manage multiple social media accounts (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals, analyze performance, respond to comments, monitor competitors, and stay updated on iGaming news and trends. The role requires 1+ years of experience, strong social media knowledge, content creation and management skills, basic design (Figma) and video editing abilities, excellent written and communication skills in Ukrainian and English (B2 level), and the flexibility to manage accounts outside working hours. Knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects concurrently.

  • Data analysis & reporting
  • B2 level Ukrainian & English
  • Figma & video editing skills

We need your professional experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position;

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, with experience working with Telegram, Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok;

  • Experience in content creation and management;

  • Basic design skills (Figma) and video editing skills;

  • Excellent written and communication skills in Ukrainian and English (at least B2 level);

  • Flexibility to manage social media accounts outside of working hours;

  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
