About The Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage our social media presence across various platforms, plan and implement creative campaigns, and build a strong online community.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar.
  • Create engaging content for the brand, including text, images, and videos.
  • Brainstorming creative ideas about internal and external dissemination of our narrative, such as through newsletters and campaigns, and implementing the same
  • Working closely with the team to ensure brand alignment across all visual communication
  • Community Management:
  • Actively engage with our audience through comments, messages, and direct interactions.
  • Monitor brand mentions and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.
  • Build a strong online community.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with communication point of contact across states and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Work with influencers and partners to amplify our brand's reach.

Experience & Competencies Required

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Must have strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Must have strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance.
  • Must have passion for social media and digital marketing.
