We're looking for an experienced SOC Analyst to join our team and this will be remote friendly. You will be Reporting to the SOC Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitor security alerts and events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Detect and analyse security incidents using multiple security tools.
- Respond to security incidents promptly, following established procedures and protocols.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of security events to determine the scope and effect of potential threats.
- Perform phishing incident analysis.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have 3+ years of experience in Security Operations Centre.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity or information technology or related field.
- Familiarity with security technologies, including SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewall, and antivirus.
- Familiarity with computer network, various types of operating systems and endpoint fundamentals.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Scripting or programming experience in at least one language (Python, Powershell, C, C#, Java, etc.)
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
You will support either of the shifts timings mentioned below:
- 2nd Shift - 4:00 p.m to 1:00 a.m IST
- 3rd Shift - 12:00 a.m to 9:00 a.m IST
