The Senior Sales Experience Analyst will be a lead partner to the sales leadership team, bringing together the customer field support operations team, IT team, analytics team, finance teams and other teams who support sales to optimize the sales process. They will play a principal role in designing the ser experience of sales enablement tools. The sales enablement analyst will act as a connector between various departments within Penumbra, coordinating and creating processes in order to drive operational efficiency and enable growth. This position will play a crucial role in the strategic development of technology and tools that will reduce the overall administrative burden across sales-related operations ranging from CRM/CPQ to EDI operations, and more.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate group efforts with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, and Contracts & Pricing to enable field sales team to drive revenue, compliance, and/or minimize administrative efforts.
• Lead collaborative design efforts with the sales team to develop new digital tools that reduce administrative burden in the field and/or for teams based at HQ.
• Drive efforts to continuously analyze, develop, and report on usage and effectiveness of operational systems that facilitate ease of doing business with Penumbra (CRM/CPQ, for example).
• Lead and drive participation in pilot groups on new technologies for development feedback purposes. • Work with development teams to create and run training for all sales team members and facilitate training sessions for new technology releases.
• Own regular exercises to solicit continuous feedback from Sales, Customer Service, and other teams feedback on sales enablement tools from the field.
• Participate in regular prioritization exercises for various sales enablement apps
• Help identify greatest opportunities for high impact changes and/or additions that can be made to current or future technologies.
• Serve as owner of and create process documentation - manage interdepartmental processes related to sales enablement.
• Work with Sales Operations team to help facilitate dissemination of important information in our various sales enablement tools.
• Facilitate Sales Enablement team project management using a shared project scrum board
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
• Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Engineering or business-related field with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years of experience in relevant systems and/or lead-to-cash systems
• Experience in managing fruitful cross-functional partnerships within a company
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, financial, and communication skills
• Must be able to work effectively with internal customer field support ops and finance teams, IT team and lines of business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with finance operations, terminology, and collections targets
• Comfort level with an extremely high volume, fast-paced operation in a time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.
• Prominent level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and excellent PowerPoint presentations for providing updates and analysis to Management
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously

Starting Base Salary is $143,629/year - $180,587/year.
Individual compensation will vary over time-based on factors such as performance, skill level, competencies, work location and shift.
