L’Order Fulfilment Manager riporta al Direttore Generale Operations ed è responsabile del processo di gestione degli ordini del magazzino di Barzago, che gestisce i prodotti venduti dal sito e‐commerce e dai 4 negozi sul territorio.
Assicura che tutte le funzioni coinvolte (il magazzino, i trasporti, lʹIT, il servizio clienti, …) lavorino in modo efficace ed efficiente per consegnare i prodotti ai clienti.
In particolare, il nuovo Order Fulfilment Manager sarà responsabile di:
•definire, sviluppare e realizzare nuove strategie di order fulfilment, implementando nuovi processi aziendali di servizio al cliente scalabili e standard per garantire un’elaborazione efficiente degli ordini;
• monitorare lʹevasione giornaliera degli ordini per garantire il raggiungimento degli SLA;
• supervisionare i resi dei clienti e i reclami relativi allʹevasione degli ordini;
• lavorare a stretto contatto con il team del customer service per ridurre i claim dei clienti;
• identificare in modo proattivo i problemi operativi, facilitandone la risoluzione con le parti appropriate;
• collaborare con il reparto IT sulle attuali funzionalità del sistema e sui miglioramenti dello stesso;
• controllare le scorte utilizzando procedure sistematiche per mantenere livelli adeguati di prodotti.
Il candidato ideale
• Preferibile laurea in ingegneria;
• 2-3 anni di esperienza maturati in funzioni connesse alla gestione dell’evasione ordini;
• provenienza preferibilmente dal settore e‐commerce;
• autonomia e capacità di organizzazione, pianificazione delle attività, definizione delle priorità e rispetto delle scadenze;
• proattività, capacità di analisi e di intervento;
• problem solving;
•orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
• equilibrio personale, positività ed energia;
• Preferibile conoscenza dell’inglese.
