As a Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for players, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues online. You'll need excellent written English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) and a passion for mobile games, particularly those developed by our studio. Responsibilities include processing player requests, organizing the information received, and reporting issues to the development team. The ideal candidate possesses strong literacy skills and a genuine willingness to assist players. Additional language skills are a plus.
