- at least one year of work experience in a similar position

Some points on tasks:
- organizing and maintaining the effective work of the technical art department (planning, assigning, accepting tasks)
- forming and maintaining pipelines and requirements for the visual content being produced with regard for the planned development platforms
- developing and formalizing the structure and rules for storing visual content and naming convention as well as keeping them up to date
- developing unconventional visual content and systems (shader, postprocessing, light, camera, scripts for solving visual tasks)
- supervising the performance of the project's visual side (profiling, load testing)
- searching for and implementing solutions for optimizing the performance of the project's graphics side
- participating in creating functional prototypes on the visual side
- developing tools for automating content work and speeding up the art department's work
- helping in importing and setting up complex visual content in the engine
- organizing effective communication between the art department and client development divisions along with game designers on the issues related to the visual side of the project
- maintaining technical documentation
