As a Principal Level Designer (Match-3) at Playrix, you'll be responsible for the final quality of match-3 levels and collaborate with experts to develop innovative level design approaches. Key responsibilities include creating new levels, evaluating and improving existing ones, developing product metrics to assess level quality, and analyzing level structure hypotheses through A/B testing. This role requires extensive match-3 experience and a deep understanding of the casual game market.

We're seeking a Principal Level Designer for our projects in release and new games in development. In this role, you'll be responsible for the final quality of match-3 levels and, together with a team of experts, develop approaches to level design.
Tasks
Creating new match-3 levels
Evaluating and improving the quality of levels
Participating in developing product metrics to assess the quality of levels
Analyzing structural hypotheses for chains of levels, planning and participating in conducting A/B tests

Requirements
2+ years of experience in creating match-3 levels
Experience providing feedback on match-3 levels
Extensive match-3 gaming experience, interest in casual games, and an understanding of the market
