We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert sits within the TA COE and is responsible for all recruitment activity within their geographical or business unit scope

 

The Talent Acquisition Expert sits within the TA COE and is responsible for all recruitment activity within their geographical or business unit scope

 

A Day in the Life:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

  • Drives a direct sourcing strategy within their business unit / entity through utilising direct sourcing channels to source and screen candidates
  • Will manage and own requisitions from start to finish
  • Will conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers
  • Will determine the appropriate sourcing channels to use
  • Partners with respective HR business partners to deliver high level customer service to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Partners with the GPS teams to coordinate and arrange interviews and extend offers
  • Ensures governance and alignment to the global TA process and regional policies
  • Continuously looks to improve and refine sourcing and Talent Acquisition as a function within Nissan
  • Supports on TA projects
  • Manages recruitment activity through Nissan’s ATS eg Workday
  • Supports onboarding activities

 

Who We’re Looking for:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

  • 3-5 years of experience within a Corporate Talent Acquisition role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practice
  • Strong TA sourcing skills
  • Experience working with TA metrics
  • Experience using sourcing tools eg LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards
  • Experience within complex, international corporate organisations
  • Experience working in a matrix environment e.g. an entity and regional level
