The Well Integrity Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our well assets within the oil and gas industry. Reporting to the DGM Petroleum Engineering, this position involves developing and implementing comprehensive well integrity management strategies to monitor, assess, and maintain the integrity of our well assets throughout their lifecycle. This role will involve historical data analysis, well integrity job planning, asset planning, operational planning and execution, asset/corporate documentation requirements, and partner(s) interaction (external and internal). Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive well integrity management strategies, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing well integrity data, preparing reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship, and staying abreast of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in well integrity management within the oil and gas industry, in-depth knowledge of well design, construction, and completion techniques, and proficiency in well integrity assessment methods, including corrosion monitoring, pressure testing, and cement evaluation.

The Well Integrity Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our well assets

within the oil and gas industry. Reporting to the DGM Petroleum Engineering, this position involves

developing and implementing comprehensive well integrity management strategies to monitor, assess, and

maintain the integrity of our well assets throughout their lifecycle.

We are looking for a highly experienced Well Integrity engineer. The Position will be based in India on a

residential basis.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors' degree or equivalent in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.

Fluent in English.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in well integrity management within the oil and gas industry.

In-depth knowledge of well design, construction, and completion techniques.

Proficiency in well integrity assessment methods, including corrosion monitoring, pressure testing, and cement evaluation.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive well integrity management strategies to monitor, assess, and

maintain the integrity of well assets.

Conduct risk assessments to identify potential integrity threats and vulnerabilities and develop

mitigation plans.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to well

integrity.

Analyse well integrity data to assess well conditions and identify anomalies or deviations.

Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute well interventions aimed at restoring or

enhancing well integrity.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of well integrity

management practices.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians involved in well integrity

activities.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices related to well integrity management.

Advancing new technologies, promote knowledge, train engineers, etc.

Review and prepare various SOP associated with well integrity.

Well integrity cost monitoring and optimization

Participate in building a strong HSE culture. Demonstrate HSE awareness in Oil & Gas well intervention operations.
