Job Description

This role involves managing PUBG Mobile operations within the Central European region for Level Infinite. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational plans to meet regional targets, coordinating internal teams, conducting user research to optimize game experiences and user growth, and collaborating with support teams. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of game publishing or project management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English. Experience with MOBA or FPS games is preferred.

  • Strong execution, communication & coordination skills
  • Cross-team collaboration experience
  • PUBG Mobile or similar game experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with MOBA/FPS games
  • Experience creating English reports

岗位职责

对中欧区发行游戏运营相关工作负责,根据区域团队运营策略方向,制定可落实的运营方案和内容,帮助区域团队完成运营目标。具体工作包括但不限于:


1、参与团队运营方案的讨论和制定,并完成相关内容的落地,保障运营目标达成。
2、负责团队内部各个模块协调和沟通,整合需求并完成核心信息同步,持续优化内部流程,提升团队效率。
3、负责团队用户调研工作,充分获取玩家反馈,并提炼出游戏体验/运营方案优化建议,完成活动优化和用户增长。
4、负责与各个支持团队对接,完成跨团队常规工作支持内容和管理。

岗位要求


1、3~5年左右的游戏发行或项目管理经验,熟悉游戏运营的各个环节和流程,了解各环节的决策和执行落地过程。
2、逻辑思维清晰,有很强的执行力、沟通协调能力,抗压能力强,能有效推进各类专项高效落地。
3、具备丰富的跨团队协作经验,有成功落地专项经验者优先。
4、热爱游戏,熟悉MOBA、FPS等品类,有相关项目发行经验优先。
5、良好的英文读写及口语表达,具备产出英文报告及跨国汇报的能力优先。
