岗位职责
对中欧区发行游戏运营相关工作负责，根据区域团队运营策略方向，制定可落实的运营方案和内容，帮助区域团队完成运营目标。具体工作包括但不限于：
1、参与团队运营方案的讨论和制定，并完成相关内容的落地，保障运营目标达成。
2、负责团队内部各个模块协调和沟通，整合需求并完成核心信息同步，持续优化内部流程，提升团队效率。
3、负责团队用户调研工作，充分获取玩家反馈，并提炼出游戏体验/运营方案优化建议，完成活动优化和用户增长。
4、负责与各个支持团队对接，完成跨团队常规工作支持内容和管理。
岗位要求
1、3~5年左右的游戏发行或项目管理经验，熟悉游戏运营的各个环节和流程，了解各环节的决策和执行落地过程。
2、逻辑思维清晰，有很强的执行力、沟通协调能力，抗压能力强，能有效推进各类专项高效落地。
3、具备丰富的跨团队协作经验，有成功落地专项经验者优先。
4、热爱游戏，熟悉MOBA、FPS等品类，有相关项目发行经验优先。
5、良好的英文读写及口语表达，具备产出英文报告及跨国汇报的能力优先。
