The Global Sourcing Hub Intern assists in sourcing, identifying, and attracting qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles via job boards, social media, and networking. Responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial candidate assessments, ensuring timely updates and market intelligence, supporting job description creation, and collaborating with recruiters to improve processes. The intern will work closely with recruiters and the hiring team to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes. This role requires strong communication and time management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Trilingual communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Japanese are necessary to work with Japan and international APAC stakeholders.
