Ripple Healthcare is seeking a talented and creative 2D Animator cum Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging animations and graphic designs that effectively communicate our healthcare messages. This role requires a strong understanding of animation principles and graphic design techniques, as well as the ability to collaborate with various teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and animate 2D characters, props, and backgrounds based on storyboards and creative briefs.
• Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in animation style and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce high-quality animations and designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for projects and campaigns.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine animations and designs.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in 2D animation and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, and Toon Boom Harmony, and graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, movement, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry or creating educational content is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus.
