【岗位职责】
1.负责根据人设，在游戏内主要角色的性格塑造，在各系统环境下个性展示，体现角色识别度及魅力表现；
2.使用专业动画软件及引擎（Maya、UE5等）制作高质量的角色动画；
3.根据角色设计和游戏需求，创作生动、流畅的动作和表情；
4.熟悉角色动画制作流程，包括绑定、蒙皮、关键帧动画等技术；
5.与游戏策划和相关美术人员密切合作，确保角色动画与游戏世界的一致性和风格统一；
6.优化和调整动画以提高游戏性和表现力；
7.解决动画制作中的技术问题和挑战，确保项目按时交付；
8.对动作表演的镜头、机位进行调度和把控，实现符合剧情需要的画面。
Requirements:
1.3年及以上社区运营或内容产出相关工作经验，有海外社区运营经验者优先；
2.热爱ACG，需有NIKKE的游戏经验，尤其关注日本流行、二次元或相关方面前沿动态；
3.日语听说读写流畅，能够作为日常工作语言；
4.沟通能力强，善于与用户交流，善于沟通和协调资源，有极强的工作责任心。
