Over the last 17 years, InMobi has built a global Advertising Platform that powers our customers’ growth by helping them engage their audiences and drive real connections.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for an Account Manager with strong attention to detail, a deep commitment to customer satisfaction, and a passion for learning and adapting in a dynamic environment. The individual will work closely with a team of Japan Account Managers, Sales Managers & other cross functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue objectives for the region. As an Account Manager, you will serve customers by focusing intensely on their needs and priorities, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with advertisers, agencies and internal stakeholders. You will manage a specific set of clients while also supporting the broader regional needs, with a focus on achieving revenue targets, driving feature adoption, and meeting client-driven goals.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Strong customer relationships and account health: Take ownership of the day-to-day management and tasks for newly onboarded and existing customers. Ensure execution of campaigns and maintain strong coordination with internal resources to execute core tasks effectively.
- Internal stakeholder relationship management : Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks. Be proactive in learning and understanding new process flows and product updates, and assist in communicating these changes to the rest of the team.
What is expected out of you?
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving tools with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to partner collaboratively with other functional areas within the company in support of the sales process.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
- Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
- Talented in delivering engaging presentations
- Solid knowledge of the ad tech industry, trends and customers needs
- Passion for technology as an enabler for customer and company growth
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Critical thinker who is organized and can make decision based on clear priorities
- Collaborative teammate who can build successful team relationships with partners; and can prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Experienced in using Excel for data analysis, VLOOKUP functions, creating and utilizing pivot tables, and performing comprehensive data analysis.
