Job Description

The AP Accountant (JP) position at NetEase's Japanese subsidiary involves handling various financial tasks primarily based on accounts payable. Responsibilities include checking and recording various business settlements and employee daily settlements; recording payments, organizing receipts, and maintaining ledgers; managing accounts payable balances and monthly analysis of expense details; creating ledgers and managing contracts; and collaborating with the Japanese business team to optimize settlement and financial processes according to NetEase's rules. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Japanese. Knowledge of Japanese accounting standards and experience with accounts payable are highly advantageous. The role offers significant opportunities for skill development within a competitive, high-growth company.

Must have:

3+ years of accounting experience
Accounts payable experience
Japanese (business level)
Japanese accounting standards knowledge
Diligent and responsible

Good to have:

Chinese language proficiency
JICPA Level 2 certification or equivalent

2、業務支払に関する記帳や領収書、各種支払に関する台帳及び帳簿元帳等の整理；
3、買掛金残高管理や各種費用明細台帳の月次整理及び分析；
4、台帳作成、契約管理等その他経理関連業務；
5、ネットイースグループのルールに従い、日本現地のビジネスチームと連絡を取り、各部門と協同し、精算や財務プロセスを最適化。

応募資格：
1、大卒又は３年以上の企業財務の実務経験、買掛金勘定に関する実務経験の方が優先；
2、日商簿記２級、もしくは同じレベルの知識を持つ方；
3、ビジネス言語：日本語（ビジネスレベル以上）。中国語もできる方が優先；
4、謹厳で真面目で責任感が強い方。
